The Best Batter Mix
This is the absolute best batter mix ever made. I’m disappointed that it is no longer available in grocery stores in Rochester Minnesota.

Light and crispy batter.
This batter is light and crispy and doesn’t absorb a lot of grease. We use this to fry fish. The fish always comes out lightly battered and always crisp. You don’t need a lot more of batter to fry up a small batch of fish.

Best batter for fish!!
Best batter for fish and onion rings!! More like tempura batter than heavier corn meal batters. We normally get this from the grocery store, but when they went out of stock during COVID and didn't know when it would be back, we ordered it from Amazon. A bit more expensive, but well worth it as a 5lb bag lasts us a long time!!
