Hands down, the best value for my money!I was pleasantly surprised with all the features in the helmet. I had only purchased it for the colors and sleek design, but then I realized it was Boue Tooth capable, had a sun visor that can retract, and had the best fit and chin strap ever. The acoustics are wonderful. Phone calls are loud and crystal clear. Music is very good, though not the deepest base, but works well enough. Seems like nice cushioning. However, it took me a long time to find the USB charger for the bluetooth, then I could not plug in the charger cable as the side of the helmet's hard outside is in the way. I had to struggle with it for a long time and I thought I plugged it in and no light came on. Then I sent an email to ask for help and instructions, they sent me a very basic bluetooth guide, which was nice, but it had not much useful into. Then I called back that no light comes on when I try truing it on, they told me that I have to have the helmet plugged in for a "hard reset" so I couldn't find where the USB was, even though I already found it once. They said to call them back as they're busy and can't wait. So finally I did find it then again a 15 min struggle to plug in the thing. Then the red light came on so I realized it never got it plugged in correctly the first time. Anyway, I got the bluetooth working without any help but its volume is just so so low that even inside my home, with no outside noise (forget about a motorcycle engine), I can hardly hear the phone or music. It's probably ok to not to have to take the helmet off to answer my phone when I'm parked in a quiet place... And I can't even imagine how a "burly man" with large, thick fingers can EVER plug the charger in (I'm a woman with long, thin fingers).
