Hello, this is the customer response team at Georgia-Pacific. No, The 59590 dispenser is ONLY COMPATIBLE with the Pacific Blue Ultra paper towel rolls - White 6-roll towel refills (26490), white 3-roll towel refills (26491), natural 6-roll towel refills (26495), or natural 3-roll towel refills (26496). These rolls are all 7.8" wide and come with the appropriate core end cap. Using a non-compatible towel may cause the dispenser to not working properly and will nullify the dispenser warranty.
