Very small. I got this to ensure my Intel NUC computer had a full 19V when running it off a 12V battery. Although the NUC is rated to run off anything between 12V and 19V, I was a little worried if the 12V source were to drop below 12V. The output power cord which comes with the BiXPower is a 5.5mm x 2.5mm and fits directly into the NUC. The input socket on the BiXPower is the same size as well. It's so small I can just velcro it onto the Intel NUC chassis. I was a little hesitant because of the price, but it's exactly what I needed and I have not seen any other DC converter in this small form factor.
