Living with Sjögren’s, dry mouth is something I deal with every day, and these lozenges have been very helpful for comfort. They dissolve slowly and help my mouth feel more moisturized and less uncomfortable, especially during long days or when I’m talking a lot. They’re easy to use, have a pleasant taste, and are convenient to carry with me. I like having them as part of my daily routine to help manage dryness and feel more comfortable.

These are the best! relieves dry mouth as soon as you pop one in your mouth. I keep a sleeve of thrm by my bed b my recliner snd in of our vehicles . Pop one in my mouth before getting out of vehicle if going to Dr or church . They str great !

I was expecting that it would moisturize the mouth for several hours. I have not found this to be true, so if I wake up in the night with dry mouth and use one, it is very likely that I will still have a very dry mouth when I wake up again. They taste like a nice candy lozenge.

and will keep purchasing them in the future! These have made my dry mouth all but a bad dream. I notice far less plaque on my teeth when I take a lozenge after a meal or after a sugary treat, which is a bonus. Whether you're taking these for plaque, dry mouth, or both, here's some tips to get the best out of the lozenges: 1. Take one AFTER a meal. Have your meal, a big drink of water, then suck on the lozenge. Never break up the lozenge with your teeth. 2. Wait at least 15 minutes after the lozenge dissolves before drinking or eating anything else. 3. If your mouth gets super dry overnight, try something like Xylimelts, which last for hours. You should also make it a point to drink more water during the day. Some things to remember: 1. This product contains sucralose. Sucralose can raise insulin levels a bit in T2 diabetics. Not a huge amount, but be careful. The main ingredients, xylitol and isomalt, do not seem to have an appreciable effect on blood sugar. See your doctor if you're concerned. 1a. There's barely any blue dye in these lozenges (least amount by weight since it's listed at the end of the ingredients list). Unless you're mega, ultra sensitive to dyes, you should be fine. 2. The lozenges have a very toothpaste flavor. They're an acquired taste. 3. There are three different kinds of sugar alcohols in these lozenges. Start with one or two a day to see how your stomach reacts. You can build up to three lozenges a day + two Xylimelts before tempting gastrointestinal armageddon. 3a. Oh, and pectin, another ingredient, can also send you running to the bathroom. Point being don't take too many a day or within a short period of time, lol.

I like these. In the middle of the night I awake with dry mouth. They really help.

I think i have tried all the different dry mouth losenges on the market and always end up coming back to these. I feel them working almost right away when i pop one in my mouth. The other ones dont seem to provide such a noticable relief of the dry mouth. Also the relief with these lasts awhile, i dont need another as sokn as i finsih the one in my mouth. I am fighting dry mouth from multiple medications including my chemo so it can get pretty bad. I also seem to get less mouth sores when i use these.
