Great product. The titanium gold finish matched the rest of the brass in the shower. Arrived promptly and was packed with great care.

Disappointed
I had a handyman install this as we have always liked the "rain shower" effect in the shower. I bought this because they had a gold one, which matches our fixtures, but it's disappointing because it doesn't drop the shower straight down from above like the rain shower heads do; this one faces forward (just as shown in the photo) and our water pressure is not strong enough apparently to make it work optimally. The water does not have any oomph and the head and arm doesn't move. I wouldn't get one unless you've got great water pressure and the head is high enough above you to create a "rain" effect.
