Bought it due to research I've seen to help boost my test levels. Well, I've been taking this for a few weeks ( one cap daily) now along with a test booster that has mixed ingredients but contains Boron as well and from the research I've seen the percentage of Boron daily I'm taking between the two is right on to help naturally build test. I take a lot of vitamins as well that state naturally boosts testosterone, Vit B3, Zinc, Magnesium etc... and it seems to be working great. I'm 46 now and as we all know test levels normally start getting really low at my age and beyond which make it hard to lose weight and build muscle which is my goal. I had my testosterone blood levels checked last week for the first time and I was amazed to find my level of total test at 900. Wish I would have taken the blood exam prior so I knew for sure how much this might be increasing my levels but, I say if it ain't broke at this point, don't fix it.lol. So I'll keep taking it. For the low price, why not. This product is good for other health aspects as well as it is a key natural element difficult to consume on a normal diet. Energy supplement a good price

I recently read an interesting article of the benefits of Boron, which is a mineral found in food and the environment. It is often taken to build bones and as an aid for building muscles. It is also reported to increase testosterone levels, improve thinking skills and muscle coordination. It also has been used to treat osteoarthritis. I purchased a Nature’s Way 100 capsule, 3 MG of Boron Chelate for a fair price on Amazon and I have been taking it now for about three weeks. I found the capsule easy to swallow and I have had no side effects from taking this mineral at this time. Whether or not it is making my bones stronger or improving my thinking skills I have not determined at this time, but the small dose I take may not show many of the above signs. Nevertheless, I do feel great since adding Boron to my food supplements. At my advanced age I am always seeking ways to improve my overall health and fitness level. Besides working out seven days a week I also take several supplements to help improve my health and strength. This is why I now take Boron every day. 開けてびっくりとにかくデカイ。間違いなく 喉に引っ掛かります。 効果がある事に期待して頑張って飲みます。

飲み始めて２ヵ月くらい。年齢的に効いてるかどうかは解りませがマイナスではないと思っています。 ですが、カプセルが大きいので飲みにくいのが難点。

ある本にホウ素はエストロゲンの体内生成に係わると書いてあり、更年期障害のイライラを鎮めたく購入してみたが、確かに作用はあるようだ。私の場合、イライラはまだ、わからないが、おりもの(鮮血になりきれないもの)が復活、それにより生理痛も復活して辛いので、現在は様子見している。骨粗鬆症の予防にカルシウムの体外排出が押さえられるというデータも、大豆、果物、種子に含まれる栄養素なので、私の場合絶対量が不足している生活をしているので、容量を守っていればそんなに悪い副作用は無く、必要なものと考えほどほどに摂り入れていきたいと考えている。
