Dose really well with the filter and it's dose good on cleaning the air.

No need to buy expensive added charcoal filters for Hamilton Beach air purifiers, these fit perfect, nice thickness and are about 1/2 the price of other pre-cut charcoal filters. Had to return another brand I recently bought, they were so dense you couldn't hardly see through them and thought they would impede air flow and damage the device, but not with these. The 1 star review listed for this brand has got to be bogus, why would you want these to be any thicker than 5 mm (that is right at 1/4")? Well deserved 5 stars in my opinion!

These work as expected. Unlike the ones that came with my air purifier, they are a single filter to install not two separate ones. They're less than a centimeter bigger than they need to be but they work just fine in my air purifier.

We use these at work with our Hamilton Beach true air filter. They fit great, right in front of the HEPA filter. It's a loud work environment so I can't tell you if it's louder with or without these filters. I can tell you that it's caught quite a bit of dust in a month and I'm coughing a lot less. We'll probably use each filter for 3 months or so, which means this pack will last for more than a year.

These filters work wonders. I was amazed the first time I changed them out after a month and saw how much dust was in them. I have been breathing so easy around the house.

When holding this filter up to light, you can see through it. However, it does seem to do a good job. Each month, the dirt on the filter is visible, so it's obviously doing it's job as a filter.

For those 1 star confused people....these are packaged differently. You get more filters this way with less carbon footprint. It clearly states this on the packaging. I love these filters..they fit perfectly and are actually better than the filters that came wuth my True Air
