Nice bag but it's front heavy even when its empty ...
Nice bag but it's front heavy even when its empty so it tips forward. The minute you start filling it it falls farward so you have to wedge it to hold it upright. Had it a few weeks and its starting to fray a little so the zip is getting caught

Practical solution to changing airways, never understood why airlines sell their own size case to fit overhead perfectl!
Very clever expanding, main section and outer pocket, with zip through top to main section. After you puzzle out which zip does what, Long metal are for storage access, round for expansion! Left pleased with purchase and can't wait to try it out. Could do with simpler instruction card to carry for sizing.

Awkward to use.
Once on your back it it falls forward and the shape distorts so have to repack it at the airport to return it to the correct shape and size for cabin baggage. Great size and shape when empty- I won't be using it again.
