Works
Works great! Easy to use and really helps relieve tension in my neck after long days. The quality feels solid and it’s comfortable to wear. Definitely worth it.

Comfortable and does the job.
This device is easy to use and helps with neck and shoulder tension. It is so customizable which was a huge plus for me since I have a thin neck and my partner has a thick neck. You can use it sitting down or standing up, very convenient.

Easy pain relief for neck pain
So far so good - works as advertised (used for a couple of days so far). Inflates and deflates pretty quickly, reasonably comfortable, provides good relief.

I give this item one star because....
The item does exactly what it says it will do. It eases neck pain and does so quite well, however, you can hardly breathe with the thing on and inflated. Not only is it hard to breath, but my heart was racing because the device was blocking off my carotid arteries. My head and eyes were throbbing too. I used it twice. Each time for about five minutes. I thought to myself, "this is too dangerous. I'm getting my money back."

Updated: stopped working
Update: less than a year this stopped working and would not fill up with air anymore. I used it maybe once a month (I have other devices) so it’s not a lot of use. I gave it 3 stars bc it worked when I needed it to but I removed 2 stars since it no longer works and I didn’t even have it that long or even use it that much. Good for temporary pain relief but overall cheap. I’ve only used this twice but it seems to function fine and the valve release doesn’t leak at all. It’s easy to pump up and release air based on your comfort level/pain relief. I suffer from having a herniated disc and my doctor recommended a traction device but I never listened until now. It won’t cure it but the days that the pain persists and refuse to take pain meds, this is a great way to target the pain and much more effective than massage devices. However using both has helped a lot. My guess is those with bad reviews may have a different neck injury that traction devices may not target as this has worked well for me so far. I will update if anything changes that’s contrary to what I put in my review.

REQUIRES a qualified Physical Therapist to show you how to use this safely. Excellent results
This is recommended by my PT - and MUST be from a PT or ortho, showed me exactly how to use it. CAUTION with your neck, BE SURE TO CHECK WITH A PT OR ORTHO FIRST PROS: For me after being shown how I should use it from my PT, VERY effective to alleviate pinched nerve caused tingling, a God send for me, told my ortho who said others with bulging disc pinched nerve had good results. CONS: I personally worry people will use this without a PT consult and shown how to use properly. With anything with the neck be VERY cautious. Find a good PT and make sure this is safe and right for you.

Great for spine issues
They use this on me at my physical therapy to open up my spine to help fluids move. I bought this to use at home and it works perfect. It's nice to have so that when my physical therapy ends I can continue to use. The price was very reasonable and this is also HSA approved, so if you have an HSA account you can get reimbursed. A win win.

Either bad quality or defective item
Worked good when it worked I used it for a few days when I bought it stored it somewhere where it shouldn’t have any reason to get damaged and when I tried using it again it won’t hold air. I tried tightening the little knob that traps the air by the pump more and that did nothing I tried trapping the air with the little ball in the upper part of the tube and air still escaped and that only left one thing the air was escaping from the tubes that hold the air around the neck. I pumped air in again and listened and I can hear air escaping from within the neck area I’ve used it maybe 4 days at most and not even that high of a pressure maybe I got some old tubes or defective product idk but sure wish it was working right now. I can’t see any damage so it’s something that happened in the interior
