Great Service and product
The surface arrived in great condition and work perfectly like new. The power cable did not work but contacted the seller and they sent a replacement the next day. Great service and great product

Works as Expected
Everything works as expected, the tablet was able to be upgraded to Win 11. There were a few more marks on the device than I was expecting for excellent condition.

Test drive...
I have been using this for a few months now, so have given this a good test. 1) I was worried that this was a reconditioned model, but it works like new. I did have to buy a keyboard for it, but this was okay. 2) I bought this so I had a device that was touch screen and have the ability to be upgraded to Windows 11 Pro. I work as a teacher and having a device that can be separated from the keyboard is such a game changer in the classroom. 3) The screen is slightly small for me, but I would not trade a bigger screen for a larger device; the size is ideal and compact. 4) I was worried that a power cable would not be included, but there was one which was nice, and this works well. I did order another one so I could keep one at school and have one at work. 5) The Surface Pro is powerful enough for everyday usage, including some programs such as Visual Studio Code and GIMP, which was suprising considering the small size. 6) Microsoft do lots of accessories, which work such as their docks and pens. I bought the dock thinking this would not work but it does with just one connection, with is the battery connection, so it frees up the other connections for other things such as a wireless mouse. Overall, I am happy with this purchase, and is great value for money.

The battery died in a few months. Doesn’t even power on now.

The Surface I bought has a touch problem, and there is no response when I click on the top

Deceptive advert
The product shows the item as a laptop.zit arrived without a keyboard.It does not state that its a tablet.Its going back as you can buy a stated tablet cheaper.
