First they tell you it's a sample. Not a FREE sample, a sample - just pay shipping of 4.95. It's a free trial for 14 days. You receive 1.0 ounce in a pump with directions to apply 2-3 pumps to face and neck twice a day. There isn't enough product in 1.0 oz to last 14 days and I had NO noticable results. What I didn't realize was that if I didn't cancel after the 14 days, I would be charged 89.95 for that 1.0 oz pump
