Amazingly sharp. Be careful of your fingers. The blades do chip easily, so don't use on bone or when you may hit something solid

I've been using these for several months now and I love them. They're extremely sharp and they slide easily through the food (and other incidental things such as fingers). Use with caution. Being ceramic, they're a bit delicate so be gentle. I'd be happy to recommend these knives.

These knives were a hit with me. My grandson stopped by and commented how nice they looked, so I gave one to him. His family liked it so much that I bought another set and gifted it to them for Christmas. My daughter is enjoying one from my set as well. I am keeping the two remaining ones for myself. They are comfortable to hold and slice with ease, and they clean up so easily. I love them! I hope they last for a long time.

While initially impressed by the knives' lightweight design and ideal size, their performance declined after just 1-2 months of use. Unfortunately, they quickly lost their sharpness, resulting in less-than-perfect cuts on vegetables. Overall, they're satisfactory, but their durability and sturdiness leaves something to be desired.

I once had a very nice and rather expensive set of kitchen knives. I love to cook. They disappeared about the time of my divorce?? I needed knives within my budget quickly and discovered these guys. Sharp. Easy to clean. And easily replaceable. I am a repeat customer.

From 2019 purchase - The downside is they break in no time. Both the blade, and the handle. Have had to toss about half of em within four months. But they are sharp and cut well until they break. Update - bought a second round, but somehow the quality seems to have gone down since original purchase - 7 out of 8 dead in three months. The moral of the story is the blade is sharp as you throw it in the trash. Si be sure to bundle it to help keep the trash man safe.
