The appearance of the glasses is not affected becuase of the light design. It is so light that it has no burden on the ears. Moreover, it is super soft and comfortable to wear. Could be thinner to wear hook-type headphones - I like it because it is high quality, reduces ear strain, and keeps my glasses from slipping even while looking down. They even came with a gift microfiber cloth. I like them a lot and recommend them. The sleeves are thicker than I expected because I did not pay attention to the pictures. That's fine, except I have some "clip-type" Panasonic headphones that can't be worn at the same time as my glasses, because the headphones must hook over the ears but the extra thickness added by the temple sleeves prevents that. Otherwise it's great! I still have to put the foam nosepads on the bridge of my glasses to cushion my nose, otherwise my nose would hurt. With both foam nosepads and these silicone sleeves on the glasses, my glasses don't slip and feel a lot more comfortable! It makes a big difference in my life.

Helpful item!
I like the eyeglass temple tips. I bought them to help relieve pressure on one side of my head. It worked great AND also holds the glasses in place.

Works but top rubber tears easy.
Comfort is good, does the job and not slip. Problem is the top side rubber is too thin and tears easy after weeks of friction. The good part is that there are plenty in the package for replacement.

Solved my uneven ear problem
I purchased these because one of my ears is a little bit lower than the other and my glasses sit annoyingly crooked on my face. The thickness of this sleeve is perfect for my problem. I put one on each of my glasses. The sleeve is not noticeable when my glasses are on and it doesn’t look like an orthopedic device when my glasses are off. The only thing I noticed is one side of my glasses easily slides on and the other, with this sleeve on it, doesn’t slide as easily. My sunglasses have the widest arm at 5/16 inch at the end of the arm. It was a bit of a struggle to get the darn thing on that arm and I’m expecting it to be the first of these to break off. If the arm of your glasses is more than 5/16th inch, these might not fit. Really, even 1/2 inch is probably too wide.

These will keep your glasses on your face
My glasses would ALWAYS slip down my face and drive me crazy. They would also hurt behind my ears after wearing them for awhile. I thought I’d try these out because they were cheap and easy. These are FANTASTIC!!! No more slipping and no more ear pain. Really worth the investment. After a month or so they start to wear out, but there’s so many in the packaging it’s not a problem.

A great solution!!!
I had reordered a duplicate pair of glasses from Zenni because I loved the frames, but wanted new lenses with blue blockers, but when I got the new pair, they were way wider than my original pair. I was quite bummed because they kept slipping off my face. I didn't want to hassle with a return, so I went looking for a different solution. I came across this product and decided to give it a try. At first, I was concerned that it would not fit on the thick plastic rims of my glasses, but the material proved to be incredibly stretchy and I was able to pull them on with minimal effort. Now my glasses don't slip down or fall off my face!!!

Good Product- Give It A Try
I enjoy this product. I have ordered several pair of glasses and most of them have caused pain behind my ears. This item as relieved most of the pressure from my glasses. They were very easy to apply (and I have eyeglasses with wide tips at the bottom of the arms). Some customers have mentioned the fact that body oils impact the effectiveness of the product, but I am a person who regularly wipes my eyeglasses down with alcohol at the end of the day, so i don't plan to experience that problem. For the price, I suggest that you give them a try if you are experiencing pressure behind the ears or if your eyeglasses slide down often.
