Quality component. Easy to use.
This appears to be a well built board. It has pretty good documentation. Probably great documentation for the average person buying it. It functions as described. Easy to setup. No problems found using a 5V automotive converter. I especially like the various "programs" offered by the manufacturer. Bonus feature was a breakout for a serial connection that you can use to set all of the parameters with. I don't have a use case for that in my project but I can see where that would be extremely helpful for others.

Works as intended
The rear wiper on my jeep only has one speed for intermittent timing, about 5 seconds. Too short for water to accumulate on the glass, so it makes an annoying squeaky noise and also wears out the wiper if you leave it on. I installed this device in line with the power from the switch for the rear wiper, and set it so that it will trigger the wiper every 30 seconds. Took me a couple of hours to figure out how to install/wire/program the whole thing and then put all of the interior bits back into the jeep. The new, longer interval is much better. It works perfectly, though. The instructions are very clear and the unit itself is rather intuitive to set up and program. The device has numerous other features and programmable settings to do more complex operations than what I used it for. Seems to be a good price for what it is capable of doing. I hope that it lasts a long time! If it craps out earlier than I arbitrarily believe it should, then I will come back here and complain about it in this review.

Great for prototyping
This a versatile device for prototyping or dedicated use, allowing easy dialing-in of circuit timings. English instructions are surprisingly good, and the controls are easy when you get used to them. Once values are set the device runs without intervention. There is no way I could build a device with this capability for anywhere near this price, so totally worth it. There are many useful timing modes, but I used modes 6 and 7. What drew me to this device was the isolated triggering either on high or low transition. My driver circuit was originally low-triggered but was easily changed to high-triggered by changing the connection. I am directly driving low-amperage fans but recommend a separate relay for heavier loads. The displays are bright and easy to read, showing all operational parameters of interest. Settings persist when off, so operation can be fully unattended even if there is a power hit. One gripe is the screw terminals did not securely hold light gauge stranded wire and I had to replace with solid wire. These devices are designed to be mounted on top of a surface, as is evident from the pictures, but I mounted inside a panel with standoffs. That made the displays set back and harder to read and the switches a hassle to access. Neither are a big deal for my application, especially compared against functionality.

So far works flawlessly
So far this works flawlessly. I needed a delay device to switch out the surge protection device once steady state transition is accomplished in my audio amplifier. Unlike other delayed relay devices out there this one does not only need a momentary switch to trigger it. Just power on. The only question now is how reliable will it be. I will update if there is any problems. Instructions are hard to understand but I figured it out by just playing with it for about 30 minutes. That’s why I gave it 4 stars .

Flexible and Robust; Great Display and Options; Simple to Set
This is a great timer module, unbeatable at this price. I chose this one over the many others because the function display appeared best (and it is). It is easy to set; with a little practice, you can easily memorize the very logical steps to set the various modes. I have explored all the timing modes, and P7 often suits my needs perfectly. It has fast startup, and can trigger when signal and power are applied simultaneously. Both high and low inputs are active, so it is possible (as in my case) to trigger and block timing by both these channels in opposition. So far, it seems to have good noise immunity, and works correctly every time. The instructions are an imperfect translation, but they do send a spec. sheet with the timer (which they keep improving with each order). I'm still prototyping, but plan on using these to time an automatic backup generator run for my PV system. I ordered more. More details to come as I finalize the application circuit. [UPDATE] I now have 5 of these involved in my project. I'm using P1 and P7 as general time-out programs, and P6 for the auto-starter (which cycles the starter every few seconds until the generator starts, or the cycle times out). I even use one to beep a warning horn for a few seconds before the actual starter engages, so anyone nearby is aware of the pending startup. I never would have pursued such a project if I hadn't found these! DROK sells other things too, and I'm eager to check out some of their other products.

Good choice with many options
Great timer. May options and a reasonable price. Wish they had one that was powered by 110v, so I wouldn’t have to have an adapter. Probably could do it, but it would be larger to accommodate a transformer.

VERY useful, VERY simple if you have even the most basic electronics experience
works perfect for my show booth project. basically needed 2 simple relays with a programmable timer. I need to have 2 different sets of 12v led strips and a water pump cycle back and forth. Because the relay (like all relays) has a normally on and normally off output, I hook up one set to NO, one set to NC.. set the board to P6, and as soon as I hook up power to both pcbs at the same time it goes through it's cycle infinitely until power is cut. I like that the boards can be powered either by 5v usb or 6-30vdc. The instruction manual is pretty clear now if it wasn't before, shows the pinouts and tells you everything the 7 modes do.

works fine as it should, it comes with a manual explains everything but they need to add it to the amazon description, I don't know why it does not go to sleep if it is in an infinite loop, I was hoping that I can reduce the power of the screen. I like the 4 stand pieces. I will update if anything bad happens.
