They’re not too big. A bit tricky to get on but once they’re on, they’re on! I don’t find them to be uncomfortable, sometime I have to loosen my straps a bit and that makes it less tight. Took some getting used to because either you have to attach the strap to both of your bra shoulder straps first and then put your bra over your head and then do it up (during which time the strap sometimes comes off) or you have to get someone else to put it on for you after you've put on your bra. But this is the same issue with many types of these straps. I liked these ones as they are longer than the average (if you need a longer/wider strap) and fits on wider shoulder straps. The clips to create a sports bra/muscleback did not work for me at all - complete waste.
