I was a bit worried at first, having seen some negative reviews about the quality of the product, but after getting my own copy I was more than satisfied with it. (It is true that if you get out a single volume of the series and compare it to this, the pages are noticeably thinner, and in white spots you can almost see through the page if you look closely or hold it up to the light, but nothing that would distract me during normal reading.)In any case, if you are trying to collect the entire series, these are an amazing value and will save you quite a bit of money. (I already owned volumes 1 and 6, and just needed 2, 3, 4 and 5 to fill out the original series, yet it was a bit cheaper to buy volumes 1 and 2 of these 3-in-1 books rather than buy the last four individually.)

Amazing manga by Kazuki Takahashi! Read vol 1-3 and was hooked so I got cop 4-6. Pages were a bit cut off in the first book so I expected that to be the case in the 2nd book but you can still clearly read everything.As for the people saying the pages are thin, they are, but if you just read it with the pages flat on the book like normal you’ll be fine.Also it is dark so this isn’t for kids.

Considering the only version of the original series I was aware of as a kid was the 4Kids Dub with all the ridiculous censorship. Going from that to the manga felt like a giant leap, however I still very much enjoyed it.
