I match the colour to the charka I need help with and use the special oils I have and not only does it smell beautiful but this so helps on the spiritual side of things... over years to help calm down my anxiety I've tried sprays and roll ons to calm down but through out the day they always seem to wash off or the smell starts to fade but with this necklace its amazing, it comes with two packs of all different colour sponges, everything fits perfectly together, the smell stays all day and even a few days after I can still smell it, an amazing product.

This is a super diffuser necklace, it looks good and the quality is super. Just pop some of your favourite oil on the little insert and the sent will last all day. The goods were packed well and arrived in great time.

I purchased this to help with my stress and anxiety levels at work, and I honestly don't know how I coped before it. I've loved mixing up my own custom scents on the different coloured inserts, having something close to hand to focus on when I need it most has been life changing. The patterns make a nice feeling on my fingers and allow the smell to drift out so I can always smell it subtly but take deeper breaths of it when needed to help ground me. I have had one oil stain a shirt, but I think this was user error as I drenched the insert when i didnt need to. This hasn't been an issue since. My nephew now also wants one of his own because he loves it so much too.

Great product and fast shipping! I ordered these essential oil necklaces for my daughter for her to wear when she was at school to help with her testing anxiety. I add a few drops of lavadin oil or pink grapefruit oil on the colored sponges that go inside the necklace and it lasts for several days. It comes with several different colors so you can change it out to go with different outfits. I definitely reccomend this product for anyone wanting to use essential oil without having to mix it with a carrier oil and apply directly to the skin. This way is much easier and lasts a lot longer.

I have a big defused at home I have all kinds of different sentences oil's.. so I found this and love it. I just put about 3 small drops on the sponge and put it in my pendent and off I go . And when I out and start to feel stressed I just smell my pendent and it grounds me. Thank you Amazon.

I never give reviews this product warrants it...manufactured & designed very well. Easy to use, beautiful quality and looks elegant. I love it would buy as an gift besides keeping and wearing it myself..I sleep with it on and the aroma comes through the chamber very well.
