This is the second one purchased, and time this has happened. I will not repurchase this lock. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Really good *by H***K on December 31, 2023* Good quality!! ### ⭐ Poor quality control, rude customer service *by S***H on May 15, 2023* The lock appears to work fine. But it came packaged with a cheap and very obviously torn rubber restraining strap to keep the heavy lock in its holster. Kryptonite customer service was the rudest I can remember dealing with--an abrupt instruction to go to the website, while disclaiming responsibility. Hard to have a lot of confidence in the lock. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kryptonite Keeper 585 Folding Combo Bike Lock, Compact High Security Anti-Theft Foldable Bicycle Lock with 4-Digit Resettable Combination and Mount for E-Bikes Scooter Road Mountain Bikes, 85cm(33 in) - Ascher Ultra Bright USB Rechargeable Bike Light Set, Powerful Bicycle Front Headlight and Back Taillight, 4 Light Modes, Easy to Install for Men Women Kids Road Mountain Cycling Black --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.mx/products/147281912-kryptonite-keeper-585-folding-combo-bike-lock-4-digit-resettable](https://www.desertcart.mx/products/147281912-kryptonite-keeper-585-folding-combo-bike-lock-4-digit-resettable) --- *Product available on Desertcart Mexico* *Store origin: MX* *Last updated: 2026-10-04*
