My Favorite Acoustic Guitar Strings !!!
These have been my FAVORITE guitar strings recently. I used to use Elixirs but I got sick of the extremely smooth and glidey feeling from the strings. I love these strings because they have that great natural feel while still lasting a few months without needing to be changed. They have a beautiful ringing and deep tone that I never get tired of. Will they outlast Elixirs? Probably not. But they are perfect for me and I enjoy the process of changing my strings so that does not bother me.

Best Quality at This Price
These are fantastic strings. I've tested several brands of strings, and these are by far the best. They are very durable, they produce a great sound, and they are easy on the fingers when fretting. They perform well, they won't break the bank, and the quality is top-notch. For the price, there is no reason why you should not try these. The only issue I've had with them is that the G string snapped when I was retuning after fixing the guitar action. However, he first time I re-strung the guitar with these strings, I had no issues.

Pretty Close to Uncoated String Territory
Tried them based on some YT reviews. After stringing and two rounds of stretching and retuning ( the usual for me) , they stay tuned pretty well right to pitch. Initially, the sound seemed a little "tinny" but they settled in quickly. The feel is fine. I have nine guitars so uncoated would be a drag for me. It is hard to beat good uncoated strings but they seldom last more than a week or two. These seem to be able last for months with only a slight decay in sound quality. I also like the String Joy coated acoustics and electric strings. Fortunately, there are many great string choices out there and everyone is constantly trying to make better strings.

Must buy for any guitar
It lasts a while if you use it frequently enough. I’ve been buying these strings for a while they are the right price and quality perfect length for just about any guitar. The sound is definitely amazing the chords have a fine clarity to them.

Transformative Tone
After many years of using Elixir, I decided to try D'Addario XT Phosphor Bronze Coated strings on my budget Yamaha acoustic. I play finger-picking style (Tommy Emmanuel, Jason Isbell, etc.) and lightly strum. Initially, the strings felt too bright for my taste, but after settling in for 3-4 days, the only word I had was: WOW. Holy S***, I can hear more woody tones in this $150 guitar and I cannot put down my guitar. I'm going to buy another set and replace the brand new strings on my 814ce. No wonder Taylor OEM moved from Elixir to D'Addario.
