This stuff really works! My son got burnt and the redness wouldn’t go away after using silicone scarAway and scar sheets. But after a week of using bicorneum the redness is significantly less. The texture has also improved. With 2 kids I have tried all kinds of different scar products over the years and while I have found silicone to work the best this product is on another level. I can confidently say this is the best I’ve found.

The texture is lightweight and dries fairly quickly, which makes it easy to use daily without feeling sticky or heavy, and it works under makeup or sunscreen if you want a seamless routine.  After consistent use over several weeks, I noticed the scar looked a bit lighter and smoother — it definitely takes patience, but I feel like it’s helping. Some people see bigger changes depending on scar age and type, but following the twice‑daily routine is key.  Cons: it’s on the pricier side, and results aren’t instant — you’ll want to stick with it for a couple months to really judge improvement. I got badly stung by a mauve stinger jellyfish on the shoulder and it left a large scar literally in the shape of a jellyfish. I used this daily and you can’t even see where the scar was now. The first picture is immediately after being stung. The second is three weeks later, before using this product, and the last one is a current photo. I used the serum twice a day as directed for a month or two and still have some left in the bottle.

Recommended by my eye doctor after surgery. Unfortunately I cannot get past the strong sunscreen smell, so I ordered another brand without the sunscreen. I am very sensitive to smells. It doesn't seem to be a factor for most people based on the reviews.

Extremely expensive and a very small bottle. I live in Canada so I had to pay in Canadian dollars which added to the cost. It was suppose to last 3 months and it only lasted 3 weeks and I was very careful when applying it. No change in scar either. Very disappointed 😭
