How does the mouth open?

Opens when you open your mouth it works off your chin

Has anyone used this on a prop? I want to make a werewolf prop for my graveyard and was wondering how it stood up to being outside for a month?

I used it last Halloween from October 1st to the 31st It held up well and I plan to use it again this year. It showed no signs of wear for the time I used it.

Does the mask make the snarl sound?

No it doesn't make any sound. But it is an awesome mask!!
