One of the best products for your decals on plastic kits! Just make sure you are in a well ventilated area and use a respirator whenever using these chemicals for your Gunpla. The only con, per say, is availability. If your local hobby shop does not carry it, you'll have to order it. This is what makes that a doubled edged blade, if you can't wait and need it quickly, you are going to pay exponentially more than ordering it from Japan. The problem with ordering from Japan is that shipping can take up to a month. Those things don't have anything to do with the product itself, but felt it should be noted for the uninitiated.

Excellent product. I used it on Thinfilm decals and it softened the carrier film to allow it to conform to the painted wood I was decaling. Works much better than the Badger settling solution.

Many hobbyists use and post about this on modeling groups, and after trying it out myself I can attest that it works as desired.

It works well but the only English is the brand name, the rest is Japanese,( I think). If they are going to try to break into an English speaking market it would help sales by using English for directions, cautionary details, where it's made, and what it's made of. Use it in a well-ventilated area, it has a pretty strong odor that may be somewhat toxic if inhaled over even a reasonable period of time. I suggest that the user put it on the decal but close the bottle each time a decal is placed on the model, don't leave it open during the whole time you are applying a set of decals.

実家の押し入れから買ったままのハセガワのA300とB727が出てきました。 デカルの劣化が心配でしたが、他の方のレビューを見て本製品を購入。デカルシートの上から液を塗り、乾いてからデカルより1ミリほど広めにハサミで切って使いました。 よく見ると、本製品が薄い膜を作り、その膜でヒビが入ったデカルをつなぎとめている感じです。 おかげでキレイにデカルを貼ることができました。

I love that the thicker decals can be made to soften to adhere to compound curves, bends and such. Stinks to high heaven, but very much worth it. Bottle is bigger than you'd think. I like the wider, harder to tip japanese bottles.

This product did exactly what I was hoping it would do. In combination with the Mark Setter, my water slide decals are not going anywhere! After applying Mark Setter, Mark Softer and then Mark Setter again, I could run, scratch, etc my decals and they didn't move an inch. Can be used on previously applied water slides too, if you moisten the decal first.
