My 4 yr old is bored with alphabet recognition, numbers, has started early reading. Would this be appropriate for him? Or too advanced?

What size are the upper and lower case letters that you lace on the string? I am looking to order for my 3 year old & don't want them to be to small.

I have a 2 and 4 year old, we use this daily! We love it! The letters are smaller than I would like, but we use them together. So they are never out of sight with them. No issues here!
