5 stars. The biggest reason I like these is they don’t make my stomach feel weird. Some regular vitamins make me feel kinda nauseous, especially if I take them in the morning, but these have been totally fine for me.I’ve even taken them on an empty stomach and didn’t feel sick or uncomfortable, which is a huge plus. It’s just one a day too, so it’s easy to keep up with.Overall, really solid daily vitamin. Gentle on my stomach and easy to take — def would buy again.

These vitamins are amazing. My nails have never been longer their gentle on the stomach. The quality is amazing. I can't say enough good things about this product.

Very good. Pick me up better then coffee, great for those who are going through premenopause/menopause. Mood uplifted, easy to swallow even tho they are large pills. If you have small throat I would recomend it to brake it in half. If one or many came broken its still good to take, the packaging is great too, nothing came broken. I bought those before in person many many ages ago. Sure bought them broken, it doesnt mean they are bad, it depends how they are been handles in boxes. I used to work as a retailer so I know it is normal. Makes your day go positive not negative. Great to take on empty stomach.

I’m 33 & it seems like I’m always fighting feeling so tired & just “meh” all the time. I’m on this journey to find anything that helps. It’s always better to get your blood & hormones checked to confirm what you’re lacking in if any, but everything is money & sometimes you just don’t have the time. I’ve been on a hunt for a good vitamin that I wouldn’t dread or forget taking. Decided to try these & I genuinely like them. The pill isn’t huge but it’s also not super small. It’s manageable to swallow for me though. I take one every morning (it’s been 3 weeks roughly) & notice I feel a bit more awake & energized in the mornings. I don’t think that feeling lasts the entire day (I’m tired again by early afternoon 2-3ish already lol) but I am sleeping better at night too so I’d say it’s a pretty good choice to start with at least. I also don’t feel like puking after taking it. I have IBS & it doesn’t upset my stomach thankfully. I would repurchase if I don’t find another option to try.

It provided me with sufficient energy for most of the day as I am 60. I would have preferred a little more. Its easy to swallow.
