A lifesaver for husband with dementiia who gets extremely agitated if woken up before he is ready—up to 15 hours in bed overnight. The performance of this US-made item, used along with protective cream, pads and underpads, has been a lifesaver in an extreme situation. Quality worth the slightly higher cost to insure comfort and health of a loved one.

These briefs are far and above anything I have been able to find. They are very absorbent adult briefs even for overnight so that you aren’t changing your client every few minutes. They wick moisture away from the skin very well. I’ve not had issues with skin breakdown. I love that this company also makes them in XS if you need them. They are true to size, strong, comfortable and fit well under clothing without too much bulk. I hope they never stop making these.

I bought these for my father who needed front & back support in a pull up. He really likes these. They fit him great and I will continue to order. They are a bit more pricey but worth it - you don’t get this type of protection in a store bought product

These are the most absorbent pull-ups I have ever used. For me, they are perfect. For those who need less, they may be too heavy. They also don't irritate my skin around my upper legs like many other products do. They are very durable and don't fall apart when wet. They have no odor themselves, but they do allow a stronger smell of urine when they become wet. I prefer not to have deodorant added, however. My one complaint is that UPS is used to ship them to me and when they come late, I run out. I prefer a more dependable carrier.

Well worth the price. After trying numerous types of this product my husband has found these to be the most comfortable to wear. He is around 300lbs. The edges are soft enough not to bind yet no worry about leakage. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I have had the best luck using LivDry Ultimate incontinence undies. While I still have a leak now and then, it is very rare. They are comfortable for me. The sizing on the package is true. The best part for me is concsistancy. When I shop at our local stores, the brands, absorbency and sizes that I had purchased in the past are not always on the shelf. Buying through Amazon, I always get exactly what I know works for me every time.

Livdry fit good. In previous shipment these had no leak problem. However, this last shipment they seem to leak. Whereas before they did not leak.

They fit better than other products I have used. Too bad they don't come in a set like the others and I also find them a little expensive.

This is the best product i have found for my mother. No leaks. More expensive, yes; but worth every darn penny! As a Registered Nurse I have even recommended these to callers who also have elderly parents struggling with incontinence. I have delivered right to her care facility.

These absorb well but the small left a ridge mark in my husband`s waist. The medium`s leg opening is too big so there is more leakage. I wish these companies could come up with better sizing to fit more people properly. It`s not like these products are inexpensive either.
