Taras Small Batch Chocolate Covered Sea Salt Soft Caramels, Dark, 31 Ounce (Pack of 2)

Yeah, these are waaaaay too good. I ate one jar all by myself, and I’m having a hard time giving the 2nd away. The caramel is chewy and divine, and the dark chocolate is the perfect taste and texture, topped off with a lovely sea salt that enhances the flavors of both.

These candies are SO GOOD that I had to have my husband hide them. When I opened them I ate 4 of them till I found out that they are 100 calories. I would say they are about an 1” square by 1/2” thick. So they aren’t little but very addictive. They have a perfect blend of dark chocolate, carmel and salt. I will definitely order these again.

The chocolate on these makes Dove's dark chocolate taste like milk chocolate. The salt crystals are big-ish and crunchy, but just about the right amount. The caramel, well, is the only slight disappointment and I do mean slight. I love the flavor! My only wish is that it was a bit more firm. Not a lot,mind you. Not like a Sugar Daddy. Perhaps about 1/3 of the way to that or maybe 1/4, but no more than that. They are a tad pricey, but I wouldn't buy them again if they weren't worth it. And they would make a great gift... unless you eat them all before hand... Enjoy!

My first time trying these and I’m so glad that I bought the dark chocolate. These are delicious and were surprisingly packaged with care. Had styrofoam all around and a dry ice bag to keep it from melting. The caramel is soft and buttery with just the right amount of salt. The only complaint I have is that it’s 100 calories per piece, otherwise I’d have a handful if these everyday! A++

I think this is a great product overall - nice packaging, well made and good flavor. But I'll never order again in warmer months and I think shipping should be suspended to all the hotter states or perhaps ship 2nd day air with cold packs because any tiny delay - including sitting in a hot UPS truck for hours for an afternoon delivery - will cause the product to melt. I guess that is Common Sense 101 but I just wanted my caramels NOW. LOL

I don't know why I haven't seen these for a while, but I bought this a few times. They are truly amazing! I'd wanted to buy them as Christmas presents this past Christmas but I couldn't find these, nor the milk chocolate ones, which are equally as incredible. The ones without chocolate are good, but these are far superior and I really miss them. I keep thinking maybe the few people who had (sometimes slight or mistaken) quality issues made them decide to discontinue them. If I could special order them directly from the company, I would.

So these are fantastic! Packaged well, not old or discolored like I read in other reviews. They were very fresh and the chocolate and Carmel are to die for. BUT, the salt. I thought I would really like that since I am geared more towards savory foods, but, no:( So I just wipe off the excess salt and eat the chocolate. There is still a salt flavor, but its was lighter without the chucks of salt. I highly recommend, just based off quality- Great product.

I hate that you don’t have any more of these, my family all my friends I gave some to everyone whoever taste they say they’re the best dark chocolate covered caramels they’ve ever eaten. I would buy more so fast if you would have them again. These are so so delicious.
