Stale, Dirty, unhygienic, nibbled by insects/bugs. Unsafe to consume.
Unhygienic / Unsafe to consume. Leaves were Stale, Dirty & Dry. Many of them were partially eaten by Insects/Bugs. Came wrapped in a dirty home Paper towel with plastic sheet on top thinner than a cheap grocery bag stuffed inside a USPS paper envelope. Even the total quantity was just fistful. Hardy worth $15 even if they had been Clean and Fresh.

Quality not the best...
The product arrived hand-packed (no issues there) but when I opened, I found at least a third of the leaves turned brown or dark black. Some others were unusable - gone bad. So I had to cull many of these. I know that neem leaves are sensitive and I am not sure if they reacted to the paper towel in which they were wrapped, slightly damp. But I have had neem leaves shipped from Florida by Neem Tree Farms which arrived in MUCH better condition, 95% bright green, unspoiled. Given all this, I do not feel this is a good value considering the condition they arrived in and the quantity. Handling / shipping could definitely use some improvement.
