This does not work with 2020 GMC Sierra's with 6.2 L motor and 10 speed transmissions
The idea of this product seems great. Quality seems good, simple to install. The issue is that it doesnt work with 2020 GMC Sierra's as it says it does on the Amazon site and on their own web site. After buying, installing and finding this device not working on my truck, I contacted Range support, here is their response "We unfortunately do not officially support the 10 speed vehicles yet. The units that we currently have will generally work for the 10 speed vehicles, but there are some minor kinks that still need to be worked out with them before we officially release anything. Thanks. Range Technology Support" I then asked if there was a timeline for support for the 10 speed transmissions in the 2020 trucks and they said they do not have a timeline at this point.

better than expected
Skeptical at first, but I ordered back in Sept. 2022 and plugged it in, My 2019 Denali 6.2L has not switched (DFM) to 4cycl since. The response time and feel of the engine is much better. And the potential of lifter issues, "Poof" - GONE! ...if you go to dealer for any maintenance - just unplug and put in glove compartment, this allows computer to go back to factory settings, avoiding any issues with warranties.

2018 Traverse
Literally plug it in and rid your vehicle of annoying and destructive auto stop/start. Worth the money, especially in the long run when you think about your starter etc.

Works as advertised. No longer do you have to put up with start/stop.engine no longer stumbles. No need to worry about pulling out into traffic.

Buy Direct from Range!
Like others have said, the ones from Amazon are repackaged and/or defective units. I bought 1 and it worked only some times and came in a box that had obviously been opened before. Very disappointing Amazon allows this.

Woks Great
This product works exactly as advertised. I have a 2020 Chevy Traverse, and the only thing I don’t like about it is the auto start/stop feature. This fixed it!

Works on 2019 Cadillac XT5
Had mine for a week and it works flawlessly on my 2019 Cadillac XT5. Remote start works. Everything seems ok. LEDs are annoying and a bit much, but functionally, it works great!
