Works great! Been using for many years

The bag was leak proof and think enough that the pan was easy to clean when finished. The bag helps keep my turkey moist and a hit with the family. It is large enough to hold a large turkey. Great quality. I do add a bit of flour to prevent the skin from sticking to the bag.

Works and a lot cheaper then Reynolds baking bags

I am assuming a standard grocery store bag with a 3- or 4-pound corned beef brisket. Slit the bag to sprinkle a teaspoon of baking soda on the brisket. Let that sit at room temperature gor fifteen minutes. Slide the corned beef from its bag into this roasting bag. Retrieve the bag of seasoning, if any. Pour in a 15 oz. can of low sodium beef stock. Add the seasoning or augment with peppercorns, coriander, onion powder, paprika, and thyme. Anything except more salt. Close the bag using one of the fragile locking strips found in the package with the bags. My complaint would be that I have broken one. Place corned beef brisket / bag in baking dish fat side up. Bake at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for four hours. It should be done. To confirm, slit the bag and verify (1) the internal temperature is at least 185 degrees (2) the brisket is fork tender. Allow the meat to rest. You have essentially kept the brisket at a boil for four hours. I've done that in a dutch oven; not impressed. I've baked it in foil using much the same instructions; not impressed. The difference would appear to be that the bag does a better job of trapping water vapor than a dutch oven for foil tent. I have not had a bag tear, but I expect the bag would tear if heavy or sharp objects were dropped in. Slip them in. The package came with six bags, as advertised.

Quality product, just don't expect to be using it for a turkey, as it is too small. I use it for spiral sliced hams, and it has worked flawlessly, although it barely accommodates the ham. Its rated capacity is 8lbs. and although that may be accurate for a protein like a ham, or a piece of beef, or a turkey breast, I do not think it would be able to accommodate a whole bird that size.

Fit all meat types. Worked well in the oven.

These bags aren’t very strong. I’ve never used oven bags till these but it broke on first try.

Really good value and the perfect size for a turkey breast or a small chicken. Will purchase again.

I used them quite regularly, and for meat and for vegetables to bake. Very convenient and easy to use. I like them very much.

I love the size of these bags as it makes for easy tossing to coat all your meat pieces or fits a small bird. We have been trying Clubhouse seasonings in flavours we like and have found 2 packs works great for 4 large chicken breasts. Also, 30 minutes @ 350 gets you the juiciest chicken breasts without having to brine them. Does the same for pork chops or pork loin. Quick cooking times and juicy beyond belief!
