how do i control brigthness level? it says 2 brigthnes levels but only turns on and off.

My new i4 model seems to only turn on and off, no adjustments.

Just to double-check, does the rii i4 have a built-in microphone? the rii i8+ i just bought mentions an "audio feature" and also has a hole for one.
