Walker & Williams G-26 Black Semi-Gloss Bullnose Guitar Strap with Padded Glove Leather Back

Never been let down by their straps. Been using Walker & Williams for a few years now and no complains. Craftmanship, quality and comfort as a guitar player is a must. Their guitar straps are part of my gear all the time on live performances, studio sessions and music videos with Dawn Of The Rising. Looking forward to becoming an ambassador for the brand and products. Highly recommended.

I was happy when the strap arrived. The leather on the outer side of the strap was beautiful. The strap itself was a little bit short but was gonna be workable. After attaching the strap to my guitar I played it for about 20 minutes total time. It didn’t take long for the inside of the strap to start falling apart. After about a week ….the second session (another 20 minutes) I was increasingly disappointed so I have returned the strap. I’m sure the company has some excellent products but this unfortunately is not what I expected. Just beware and I guess you do get what you pay for.

These W&W straps are top-notch. I have purchased 4 of them in the past 2 months. I love em. They are made of excellent quality leather, the padding is really comfortable, and it doesn't detract from the guitar. I have a black strap for my black Tele, a beige strap for my PRS Santana golden maple, and a cogniac strap for my Vintage Cherry PRS Santana Standard. I have a black strap unopened ready for my next guitar.

When I first got the strap I loved it. Very soft and comfortable but about 5 years, the black vinyl finish on the padded underside started to flake off. Now if I wear it I get black flakes all over my clothes. If you're planning on using a strap for a long time I wouldn't get this. I have another leather strap that has lasted 40 years, no it isn't as comfortable but at least I'm not covered with black flakes.

Very well made and great quality especially for the price. Feels very secure and holds my heavy Les Paul without a problem. The only thing to keep in mind, I am 6’2 and have it on the longest possible adjustment. In my opinion I wish I was a bit longer, so for those who really like to low-swing it, maybe look for a longer strap. Other than that, great quality and great value

I bought 3 of these straps in 2016. After just a few hours of studio use, the back side of each strap has disintegrated into shreds of material scattered on my shoulder and falling to the floor. The leather front still looks fine, but now the exposed back side leaves a black stain on my clothes/skin and the foam is crumbling. Wasted $86. Avoid.

Good looking and feeling strap. 2.75" is good for any medium-heavy guitar. For very heavy guitars, look for something in 3" or wider. This one is shinier than I expected for "semi gloss". The semi-gloss I think would be better described a "full gloss" applied to the natural "leather" texture. Edit: after a couple years, the surface started flaking off. I cut a cross section and found that the "leather" is actually some kind of layered synthetic with vinyl on the outside.
