Q: I just ordered one of these. Some people reviewed that the paint chips off. Has anyone tried epoxy or anything else to preserve their dog tag?

I like mine yes it does chip a bit but it depends where you keep them! It’s still a good purchase!

Q: How long will it take to arrive?

It only took 2 weeks for me and it was expected to take 1-2 months

Q: The example keychain in the photos has text on two lines. I do not see a way to make two lines of text. How can we do two lines?

Q: Will the picture ever fade away?

My photo immediately chipped the photo paint off all around the edges. Also I gave 2 photos thst were different, one for each side, this seller used one photo for both sides.. I cant see an option to "contact seller" about this problem..

Not bad for the price

The picture is clear when you receive it, decent quality. For the price it's definitely a good gift or keepsake. Only downside is how fast the picture is damaged if you're keeping them on your keychain. If you're wearing it as a dog tag, it's probably much more durable.
