These things hide cables like they’re in witness protection, and once installed, they do not mess around. I’ve been using them for about 16 months and they haven’t broken, bent, sagged, or shown even a hint of quitting. Fair warning though: once you secure them, they are basically part of the furniture. I tried removing one from under my desk and it turned into a full-body workout. I don’t know if that’s because of how long it was installed or because these things are just that strong—but honestly, I’m fine with it. I’d much rather struggle to remove it than have it come loose while I’m using it.
