Very clean sound quality
Works great! Still getting used to the bell pressure for high and low sounds. Sound quality and clarity are amazing and I like it better than my littmann echo core. Probably the best stethoscope Iโve had. Not as loud as a digital but clarity way better.

I LOVE this scope!
I put up with a basic Littman for years. I'm in home nursing currently so I didn't see a big need for a great scope until I had my latest clients. They both have very quiet lungs with collapsed lung bases and with Covid and their immunocompromise I want to know if there's consolidation VS clear lungs! Also, I went to do a manual BP on my newest client and couldn't hear the beat, never had that happen before. With the Adscope, I can hear all the lung sounds no problem and I was able to get a manual BP on my client (faint, but there!). I'm still getting the hang of the light pressure VS heavy pressure but so far I can hear everything I need to hear. It's definitely heavier than my old Littman and tends to slide to one side when around my neck. I'm not wearing it all day though so I ordered a little stethoscope case to protect it in my bag and I'm very happy!

The ADC cardiology has great acoustics especially compared to the Littmann lightweight though I ...
I bought this stethoscope about two years ago. Always wanted a cardiology stethoscope but wasn't willing to splurge on a Littmann cardiology. I was using a Littmann lightweight before this one and was always impressed by Littmann's quality and acoustics but man those cardiology stethoscopes are pricey so I went with this one. The ADC cardiology has great acoustics especially compared to the Littmann lightweight though I will say that I had a easier time listening with a friend's Littmann cardiology but it might be how the two stethscopes fit. The Littmanns have a little bit more tension so the ear pieces create a better seal in my ears compared to the ADC, guess I have a small head. But for the price of this stethoscope, you can't go wrong. I would definitely buy it again and if your head is of normal size, the acoustics might be as good as the Littmann. One more thing to point out is that this stethoscope has a lifetime warranty. If you're like me and lose a bunch of earpieces, stop looking online trying to buy them, just send ADC an e-mail and they replace them.

It's a keeper!!!
I first ordered the tactical black version, but decided to return it due to easy paint discoloration. Due to the supreme acoustics I decided to purchase the navy blue chrome version and boy do I not regret not giving up on this stethoscope. The quality is great it feels and looks like a professional product. I've compared it to Littman Master Cardiology, Littman STD Cardiology, and the Littman Cardiology 3 with double bells. Since I got friends that own them I've been able to do side by side comparisons and also let them try my ADC 600 and get their feedback. All of them have been thoroughly impressed. The sound quality is right there with Littmans best. Another plus is the ultra soft ear tips are very comfortable even better than the Littmans and they seal on my ear just great, and these don't screw on. Plus I wear mine around my neck and I haven't had any issues of it being uncomfortable nor it dropping to the ground. When comparing to the other stethoscopes all of them have thick tubing and a more heavy side (the bells). So thats just something that comes with the territory if you want professional acoustics. Unless you go electric (super expensive)... Looks good Sounds great Feels comfortable Way better price compared to Littman!!! Just stay away from the tactical black version and you'll be fine!!!
