So not buy this!! No hardware!!
No hardware. Cannot use it with out the mounting hardware. Extremely stiff spring you must mount something extremely heavy to use this. Do not buy this!!

Be careful using factory knockouts!
Went on pretty easy, the knockouts on the scooter's front panel were a little bit off so I drilled small holes then used my oscillating sander to enlarge the holes in the right direction, about 1/8" - 3/16" up and to the left, installation looks really clean, nice accessory...
