Jack's Magic Power Blue Scale Off Size: 1 Gallon

My pool had 20 years of calcium buildup. We have hard water and a spillover where the calcium really got heavy on the tile. I pretty much tried everything to remove this buildup. My pool tech told me the only option is to drain the pool and have someone use glass beads to blast it. I sure didn't want to do that. I tried the Power Blue and it worked. I turned the pool off. Let the area dry. Put the Power Blue in a spray bottle and went to work. I would spray it on and it would foam up. Then I would scrub the area with a stiff brush. I did this over and over and little by little the area came clean. I have about a total of one hour invested in this project. I bought the one gallon size and I am glad I did. I will continue to spray my tile periodically to keep it looking good. This was fifty dollar well spent. Highly recommended!

This is my go too to remove scale around the edge of the pool. Keep your chemistry correct, use this once a year to remove the minor scale which appears.

Applied it 3 times with scrubbing pad and only minimal change in scale removal

I was sceptical at first but I gave it a try.....when I sprayed it on it started deaol ing the scale immediately. I started with vinegar and was getting no where and after a hour it came in the mail and tried it.i did about 10' with vinegar in 1 hour ......and finished the 24' pool in 1 1/2 hours with this product and only used 1/2 gallon

Use it in my pool tile and it cleaned it very easily.

Sadly this product etched my tile and now it looks worse 😭

I did not care for this product, I thought it would do more to make the cleaning easier. I used as per the instructions, but still a lot of manual scrubbing, if I had to rate the effectiveness, I would give it a 4 out of 10.
