I have bought this product for years off and on. They have changed the packaging it comes in but the product is still the same. I love that there is no clumping when I add it to my morning hot coffee. I have not used this with cold drinks. No flavor to it just smooth tasting coffee and I love it. I noticed that it helps with my skin and nails. It also makes my hair grow quicker when I cut it. It keeps me fuller longer so I love it. I have tried other products but always come back to this one. It has tons of amino acids and that is a plus for me.

I have been using it twice a day for the past six months. In the morning I add a scoop to my coffee. It dissolves quickly and has no taste. In the afternoon I put it in a glass of Sparkling ICE. If you do this, pour the drink in a glass and wait a few minutes before adding the scoop of product. If you put it in right away and stir, it will foam up and overflow. I have noticed areas where I was having small blood vessels leaking and forming Purpuras on my arms. These are areas that discolor and may be red, pink, brown, etc. The Purpuras are gradually looking better and going away. As of yet, no one has said anything. BUT WHO CARES ABOUT THEM?! So this is what "I" have actually experienced. 1. In 35 days I have noticed a very big difference in the bags under my eyes. They seem to have "filled in"! I don't look tired all the time. And no one says that I look tired (I hate when people say that, so rude). 2. I have long, semi thick hair that I need to color my roots every 4-5 weeks. Since taking this everyday I had to color my roots again after 3 weeks. This is by far the best collagen peptides brand I have ever found! Sports research brand is absolutely a wonderful brand I have always had success with this brand. I don't care for the price some days but honestly it's worth paying for good quality products. I have thought about switching to other brands but I stopped myself because I know I'm not going to be happy when I'm already in love with this product. I use a lot of different kinds of products from sports research and I've been happy with everything. For me it's easy, I take one scoop every morning in my coffee and I have noticed such a difference in my body. As a woman who's starting perimenopause and I work out all the time your joints start to become achy and uncomfortable and as we age fine lines everything happens and I feel like this helps with my joints I've noticed such improvement my hair seems healthier my nails seem healthier and for me the biggest thing is my joints for getting older and for as much as I'm working out I don't feel as stiff I feel like I can continue going longer in the day and it's wonderful. I highly recommend this product. For me I take unflavored just because I already flavor my coffee every morning and it's simpler that way I haven't tried other flavors I just stick to the unflavored. There's no odor there's no taste because it's unflavored and I like that because like I said I already flavor my coffee differently. It dissolves instantly there's no grittiness it's dissolves like pure liquid and I love that like I don't see anything in my coffee at the end of my coffee cup nothing it's amazing. I hate when you find products that don't dissolve in you how stuff floating around or a lot of it stuck at the bottom and I don't have that with this. Just one scoop every morning that's all I do in my coffee.

I've been using collagen peptides for 7 months, and this product for 3 of those months. Before i get into my review, here's some backstory so you know where I'm coming from. I'm a 45 year old male, 6ft, 205 lbs. I never drink, smoke, or take any drugs or pharma, and avoid artificial preservatives in my diet. I love to lift weights (6 hours per week, mix of light and heavy), and do 1 to 2 hours of cardio and yoga per week. I don't go hard on cardio or stretching, just what's needed to keep my heart and mobility healthy. I also get outside and hike for about an hour a day. I'm fortunate to have a job that involves talking by phone and have close access to a gym and trails, which is what makes all this possible. I limit my sitting time to no more than 5 hours per day. This is because 6 or more hours of sitting per day is shown to damage testosterone and vascular health in men. I started out with two mild problems: recurring inflammation and slow recovery in my right patellar tendon (the big one that goes over the knee), and above-optimal systolic blood pressure (around 135 to 145, while 110 to 120 would be better). I started taking collagen to improve recovery in my knee, and reduce the number of breaks I had to take from lifting. I tried several different ways of mixing it, including mixing with water, juice, and ice cream. This, and the other products I tried, mixed just fine. I didn't expect improvement in my skin, but that also happened. My skincare routine consists of washing with unscented baby shampoo, using unscented Aveeno during the day, and organic coconut oil at night. This has been my dirt-cheap routine for years. A family member I hadn't seen for 6 months came to visit last week. He told me I look younger than I did the last time I saw him. I've always looked somewhat young for my age, but even people I've known for a couple years are shocked now when I tell them I'm 45. In the past people would estimate my age at 3 to 7 years younger. For cost, convenience, flavor, and effectiveness, this is best collagen product I've tried overall.

Got the product in 2 days! Product is exactly as explained although there is quite a bit of unwanted space. The packaging is too big for how much product you get. Thst is the only thing I would comment on.
