Uni Mechanical Pencil, Slim Model with White Alpha Gel Grip, 0.5mm, Turquoise (M5807GG1P.71)

These pencils are amazing. Great feel and stylish. My college-aged daughter loves them and prefers them over all other pencils. They last a long time and can be refilled and used for years. The only downside is she has to carry extra pencils to loan out as her classmates are not very good about returning these.

Love this pencil, the quality is amazing, and the silicone part is super squishy, which is so nice and comfortable. No more blisters.

I needed a comfortable pencil for daily writing, this is exactly that. The gel grip is very flexible and soft which makes writing for long periods of time very comfortable. The fact that it is metal and not plastic is great for reusability over a long period of time as well. The lead stays sharper than most but does go flat after a little while, which is fine, the great best part is it being smudge proof. The eraser is small but you can adjust it once it gets down low and it erases really well. It also has a great weight to it, it is very light but very balance, another aspect of it being very comfortable to use. Overall I am very pleased with this purchase and will use this pencil for as long as it lasts which I’m sure will be a great length of time.

I love these types of mechanical pencils that turn the lead but this one was too skinny to really write comfortably. The wider/fatter pens are more comfortable. It looks really nice though.

I have used these Alpha Gel pencils for a long time. I love the grip because I tend to squeeze my pencils very tightly when I write. These pencils make it much easier on my fingers to write for longer periods of time. Also, I just love how slim and sleek the design is. I have smaller hands so these fit perfectly in my grip. If you have larger hands, though, you might find the width of these pencils a bit thin. Yes, these are a little more expensive than your usual mechanical pencil, but I used my last Alpha Gel for 5 years before the pencil broke. You get quality when you buy this pencil.

I've had many mechanical pencils in my life and have been a stationery enthusiasts for years. After using this pencil for 4 years before losing it, lead rarely breaks, I've rarely had wrist cramps and overall it's a nice looking mechanical pencil. I've recently repurchased and it still a great pencil! The ergonomics of this thing are amazing !!!

Lovely color and quality finish. The barrel is metal, not plastic. The gel grip feels wonderful. The barrel is thin and delicate, unlike most of the mechanical pencils I was looking at in Staples. The best pencils seem to come from Japan. The only thing I would change is that the eraser is black and small. I prefer a larger white eraser. I think I will have to order replacement erasers from Japan.

この細さが使いやすいです。ゲルも個人的には硬めが好みです。子どもの勉強用にも以前購入しましたが、男の子で手が大きい子にはあまり使い心地が良くなかったみたいです。女の子や手の小さい方には使いやすいと思います。長時間書き続けるのも苦ではなかったです。

すごく描きやすい。書き味もよく感じる。芯が減るのが遅い？最後まで長く使えるのか、芯の交換頻度が下がった。手が痛くなりにくい。青系が好きなのもあって見た目がすごく好き。

The quality is good and the grip is soft and just the right size. Very big pencils hurt my hand so this is the right size for me. The grip is something new for me so i have to see how I'll like it. Was skeptical because it had no reviews but the packing was good and the pencil is neat.
