Check expiration date on can for freshness
This was second time I ordered these, used them on charcuterie boards. This batch was soggy and not as crunchy/ fresh as the first can.

A must for every hostess
This is my first try with these peppers…didn’t know what to expect. Peppers are firm and good old beautiful ripe red color.. Made them for company, dried them off, a breeze to stuff them. I used lox cream cheese, rosemary and minced onion. My guests adored them. Firm…delicious…use your imagination…egg or tuna salad, bacon and cheese…endless combos.

Too vinegary
I had tried these for the first time in a restaurant and loved them! I was so excited to see I could order them. They are very pricy and taste a lot like vinegar. I wouldn't recommend.
