Mini Cannoli Shells - Light and Flaky - 24 Shells - Frank and Sal Bakery - 3 Inch

These are my absolute favorite cannoli shells. They always come fresh and crispy. They are perfectly packaged. I’ve not received one broken shell and I’ve ordered them 3 times. My cannolis got rave reviews this Christmas. I also emailed the owners a question about storage and I had an answer within one day.

I made Cannolis for Christmas and New Year's, so I ordered these mini shells. The store-bought brands don't do it for me. These shells arrived fresh and well-packaged with no breakage. I make my Cannolis the day I serve them and chill them before serving. The shells taste good, have a nice texture and crunch, and are not oily. My guests loved them; I got some questions from my Italian friends and family if I made the shells too; I told them. "I did not, but I know some guys in Brooklyn who I get these from, special order." They loved that. Although these are expensive, I don't make Cannolis too often, and these are worth it for special occasions.

Delicious little buggers! For Thanksgiving, you’re so full by the end it’s hard to save room for dessert. As an alternative to pie, I made mini pumpkin pie cannolis and they were a hit. Perfect little bite sized treats. Having these little pre-maid shell made life so easy. Have been thinking of other excuses to buy!

I really liked the shells and they arrived earlier than stated and very well wrapped to minimize breakage. My only negative is the ingredients listed in the “additional info” section have different ingredients than stated on the cannoli pkg. Correct ingredients should be stated clearly. Again, they were crispy and in excellent condition upon arrival.

I've ordered cannoli shells twice now from Frank & Sal. Both times, the product arrived early and completely intact with no broken shells. Everyone complements my cannoli, which wouldn't happen without these shells. Making them on your own isn't easy!
