Are these socks thick enough to keep your feet warm in the winter?

I BOUGHT THESE SOCKS AS A GIFT AND THEY TOLD ME THE SOCKS ARE COMFY AND COZY.

I need socks for working with boots that in really hot whether (sometimes even above 100°f) those would be fine?

The ones I got WERE NOT DICKIES! ordered 2 pckgs and one has NO DICKIE LOGO ON SOCKS and socks are all different heights. Falling apart after washing, I think these are either fake Dickies or 2nds?? and some are happy with theirs so maybe it depends on which ones you order . I would not order from this source again!!

These are pretty much standard crew socks. I have a 12D foot and about a 16 inch calf circumference. These socks, after sever washings. come up about 11.5 inches from the bottom of the heel. That is tall enough for 6 or 8 inch work boots.
