Very pretty and work very well. Perfect size for me and they hold my hair well.

These are beautiful hair pieces and easily applied, but you must pay attention removing them. My hair is in the 'growing out' phase and I needed something to keep my hair controlled and these do the trick- very strong and good for thick hair. But, I recently decided to let my hair go back to its natural color, almost white/blond. I was surprised to learn that white hair is very different when it comes to care. The hair clips are easy to apply and are great for keeping the hair in place, unfortunately, when I want to remove the pins, they grab hold of my hair and pull on it, causing breakage. Apparently, because white hair has little to no pigmentation, so, it is far more fragile then other hair colors. I think if this was not such a concern for me, I would really love these hair pieces.

These look great--make holding back my hair look fashionable versus the utility look of a bobby pin. You need to get used to how to insert these in the hair, because they are tight, but I can't imagine them ever either falling out when (if) they loosen up, so this is more like a good thing than negative. Yes, I'd buy more, but these should be all I need for a long time.

Well made, excellent quality. I wish they were a bit more curved to the shape of my head, but they are so pretty, and really hold the hair in place. I recommend.

These are great for those windy days when the shorter hairs just don’t seem to stay back in my hair clip or scrunchie. They hold well, keeping the hair out of my face. No more hair blowing in my eyes! Pretty too!

Though these pins are super cute and I'd love to be able to use them they are very difficult to place in your hair. The shape of each pin (the cool factor of this product) is also what makes it so hard. Because the pins are wider on top than the bottom it's hard to keep them open long enough to get them in your hair without them twisting. Secondly, they're so tight they're likely to cause damage to your hair. Unfortunately, I won't be using these.

These clips are exactly what I wanted and I appreciate that they come in pairs. Now, as other reviewers mentioned it can pull out hair if used like regular bobby pins. After reading the reviews, along with the wish not to pluck any hairs, I tried putting them on while keeping them open, until in place, and did the same thing while taking them off (kept finger in place to keep it open until it was where I wanted it to be on my head). Given the price, I will take that added step. Definitely nice for everyday use.
