The ingredients are.. enriched WHEAT flour (WHEAT flour, malted BARLEY flour, niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), whole WHEAT Graham flour, shortening (palm oil), sugar, water, molasses, salt (with yellow prussiate of soda as an anticaking agent), natural Graham Cracker flavor (propylene glycol). What is the shelf life? Can they be frozen?

Are these able to be baked …. I’m wanting to bake cheesecake in them?

Hello - Thank you for your interest in our products! Our tarts shells are baked and ready to use but can be rebaked. A cheesecake filling, or any other loose/liquid filling, should not be put in the shells too long before baking as they could fall apart. I don't understand why you don't offer anything for damaged items. You should offer something. I just wasted 32.00. Why??

I'm sorry yours were damaged but the only review I can give is that mine have always been very well packaged in plastic tray and bubble wrap and I have not lost a single one.  So this is a question for the seller, not for reviewers.
