Very Good Digital Lock with Manual Key as Well within good Price limit and quite cheaper than other but no less features than them. I was so happy with the product that first I bought it for my house in 2021 and then again I have chosen the same in 2023(December) with more heavy lock for my in-laws house for better safety as well for going keyless. Got good fast installation service with highly expertise people as per appointment set and it took hardly 30 minutes for the person to fit it. Nothing to dislike as I like the Rose Gold colour also . There are other colours also available

Extremely Disappointed with Lavana Digital Lock - Urgent Resolution Needed I recently purchased and installed a Lavana brand digital lock on March 14th, and within just five days, I encountered a severe issue. The lock malfunctioned, rendering all access methods useless - keys, RFID card, passcode, PIN, and even finger biometric authentication failed to unlock the door. I immediately contacted Lavana's customer support for assistance. Despite their prompt response, the technician dispatched to my location was unable to resolve the issue. To my disbelief, the technician suggested that the door would need to be demolished to gain entry. This proposed solution would lead to significant financial loss and structural damage to my property, which is unacceptable. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated with the quality and reliability of Lavana's digital lock products. As a customer, I expect a high level of security and functionality from a digital lock, which unfortunately was not met in this case. I urge Lavana's management to take immediate action to resolve this issue without resorting to destructive measures such as demolishing the door. A replacement lock or a comprehensive repair solution should be provided promptly to rectify this situation and restore my trust in Lavana's products and services. I kindly request a swift resolution to this matter and would appreciate direct communication regarding the next steps to address this critical issue.

I did a lot of research before buying this and in the end, I went with Lavna Locks Digital Door Lock as its reviews were very good. I am so glad I chose this lock. It is extremely stylish and has so many ways to get it unlocked. Moreover, the after-sales service from Lavna is just mind-blowing. They helped me over the phone and guided my carpenter at every step during the installation. I have mentioned some of the best features down below : • The lock looks like it belongs to an even modern era from now as it is like from the future. The design is very stylish and looks ergonomic as well. • It has a doorbell system. • The Lavna customer care is very helpful and responsive. They guided me over WhatsApp video call for hours during the installation. Overall, I am very happy with this lock. I never imagined getting so many interesting features in such a good priced product. Honestly, I don’t have any cons about this. I would highly suggest everyone try it out. Whenever I have guests in my home, I always end up listening to them explaining to me how good and unique the lock looks because guests always notice the good things.

I am blown away with the fact that their digital locks are super affordable yet packed with all the features one would expect in a more expensive device. The lock is very sturdy and easy to use. Installation services are prompt. Me and family have been using it for few months and it has been a great experience.

I don't know how long their product will last.. but I am certain their customer support needs to improve further.. Received the door lock on 29th Sept I had to call them again and again to get that installed, which is such an inconvenience. They themselves don't call you once smart door lock handle is delivered nor They send you option to choose appointment time and date on app or elsewhere, you end up calling and wasting time After numerous calls and no follow up finally it was installed on 3rd Oct, though the app has some glitches, let's c how the product turns up in coming days Would not recommend this product to anyone till they improve their support n while buying give option to book an appointment for installation.
