I see many Spec-D videos for converting to these from sealed beam, but none for my 2006 econoline. any idea where i could get some instructions?

2006 has different brackets but we just few adjustments and leveling will be fit one hard part is dismount all front and maybe change the wire harness or maybe not Hope this tips will help you

This doesnt include bulbs? Im see other people talk about "rings" and wiring.. Is this nothing but the housing? What all else are we supposed to buy?

It IS only the housing, except it does come with the LEDs and wires. A very simple install, you'll see and looks good too.

Depending how fast you put everything back and if nothing get damaged in dismounting other than that is less than 3:00 hours including the adjustment level
