Yes As long as you properly purge off all of the alcohol then yes, I would say this is the best alcohol you can get for that purpose because its food grade alcohol so does not have nasty denatured chemicals inside it. That being said this price is a rip off you can get it from other places online for £6

99%abv is a chemical impossibility — what is the abv? 99% alcohol doesn’t make any sense.

Is is denatured or non denatured?

If it were denatured then the "FOOD GRADE" statement would be a lie. Denatured alcohol is ethanol that has been mixed with other substances with the specific purpose to render it inedible due to toxicity or just terrible taste. I would say this is NON DENATURED but I'm not the seller so I'd keep a pinch of doubt.
