Worked good and looks good

I watched an installation video prior to receiving the master window switch. It was extremely quick, easy & rather simple to install. It took maybe 3-4 minutes in total. I really can't understand why everyone is complaining or commenting about the amber lights. That's minor when the windows are operational at a huge fraction of dealer prices. 🤔

Installed this switch on G37 and all functions work, windows, locks, and window lock, even with the ignition off. Fitment and plug connections are correct. The picture shows the original Nissan component next to NewYall. NewYall board uses a simpler layout with fewer components and no conformal coating over the electronics like the OEM board. Buttons also have lighter tactile feedback, they still work, but don’t “click” as positively as factory. OEM price is around $170. This costs a fraction of that, so for a failing factory switch it was worth testing before ordering original from Japan. If you want factory feel and build, go OEM. If you want function at 1/5th the price, this replacement works well.

Perfect fit

It works, but there is a major flaw here! You can open the drivers window even when the car is not in accessory mode or in on position. None of the windows should function unless you turn the car on, or if you just turned it off and have not opened the doors yet, but for some reason this thing allows the drivers window to roll up or down no matter what. Lets say you have your dog in the car or your kids are playing in your car while you are vacuuming it and its not in the on position, they can roll the window up or down. This could be very dangerous and should not be possible.

Had all my windows and power locks go out at once, which lead me to this part. I looked everywhere for the exact part I needed, because my vehicle was out of the listed campatible vehicles. It looked and fix exactly identical to the one on my 2009 FX50s. As others pointed out the LED color is red and looks bad, but that's a small price to pay to save $400+. If you are like me, this should also fit 2009-2013 FX35 and FX50s, even though it isn't listed.
