Does one package include 4 wheels or 8?

Mine came with 4 but it's usually in the description.

Are these good for street skating? Is there enough shock absorption?

The wheels are soft (78A). I have been using them for indoor skating for many years. I tried them for outdoor use a few months ago and they are perfect! Best skate wheels ever!
