Our Cuban Spice Blend is a heady blend of Cumin, Cilantro, Garlic, Onion, Orange peel and other spices inspired by family cooks hailing from the islands of Cuba, Hispaniola and Puerto Rico. Use as a rub, marinade, or favorite brine. It is delicious on meats, poultry, seafood or meat substitutes. Sauté first to release the oils for use in rice dishes, soups and stews. No fillers are used and Salt takes a back seat to our blends. Our spices and herbs are locally sourced, Kosher certified and proudly produced in the USA.

Very unique and exotic blend of spices. This is just the right about of potency for fusion dishes as well, even though it's a Cuban spice blend. I add it to any meat of choice, marinate with some garlic and olive oil, and either pan sear or grill.
